The Revolutionary Halo of (Social) Justice

Last year, one of my paintings was chosen for a public art project in Hall County, Georgia. The original painting is 30 x 40 inches; oil on canvas. It is up for auction tomorrow night, March 3, at the annual fundraising Gala at the Quinlan Visual Arts Center in Gainesville.

If you live in the area, you should make a day of driving around Gainesville and the Lake Lanier area to see the art installations. The quality of the reproductions on weather proof and portable panels is amazing. The portability of the pieces allows the organizing group, Vision 2030, to move them around to various locations in order to reach a wider audience.
